Fund descriptions
Unrestricted Funds
These funds have a purpose, but use of the money in these funds is NOT restricted to that purpose. The Board of Directors may terminate any of these funds if the purpose is no longer appropriate or useful, and move the fund balance to another fund.

Restricted Funds
